Can I use fireworks at any other time of the year?
You can but there are some basic common sense rules. 1. Seek permission from the landowner and those with land adjacent to your intended display. It is an offence to use fireworks between 11pm and 7am. The exceptions are New Years Eve, up until 1am, Chinese New Year, up until 1am, Diwali Festival, up until 1am and November 5th Midnight.
