Definitely no. The distances are set to avoid nasty accidents to children, adults and property by malfunctioning fireworks. Your garden must allow for a safety distance between any risk of not less than 25m. All is not lost if your garden allows for a safety distance of not less than 5 metres in length you can use Category 2 products.
