Leave well alone. Do not try to light the product again. Move to another part of your firing site and light something else. Once you have judged that the product is cool enough thirty minutes after your display is finished or leaving the product out overnight should be sufficient. Try to keep the item dry by putting it into a plastic bag. Contact our helpline and arrange for a return or credit.
