Geographical Restrictions
Buy fireworks online and have your fireworks delivered UK wide. Our partners in Scotland cover most of the mainland. Despite shipping restrictions PyroExpress can ship anywhere in the world. Sometimes PyroExpress will use local agents to use local resources to supply you with similar fireworks to those shown online. There is an additional cost for this service. Contact info@primapyro.com for more information. London deliveries will be made as normal. However, any delivery within the congestion charge zone will attract an additional fee of £4.00.
The Law
All deliveries of fireworks must be accepted by a responsible person over the age of 18 years old. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 years old will be asked for ID. Any delivery refused or returned because a responsible person was unavailable to accept delivery of the goods ordered may incur a charge.
Delivery
Pyro Express staff will track your delivery and from time to time send you emails updating you on delivery times. For the November period PyroExpress will assume that all deliveries are to be made before November 5th unless otherwise agreed by email with the client.
Ordering Dates
Last orders for delivery before the Bonfire Night weekend, by normal three day freight will be 30th October 2008. Deliveries after this date can be made but by special delivery. Please call 01437 563881 for further details.
For overnight deliveries after this date: Please email contact@pyroexpress.co.uk with your order and with your contact details and customer services team will contact you directly.
Delivery Charges
All firework deliveries are charged at GBP15.00 per order up to an order value of GBP250.00.
Orders of GBP250.00 and over are carriage free. Please email contact@pyroexpress.co.uk with enquiries on overnight deliveries of these products.
Other items that are not hazardous are charged as indicated in the carriage charge box on the order transaction page of the website.
Other times of the year we are able to ship products on overnight carriage at an additional cost of GBP10.00 per box regardless of value. Please contact us via email with any enquiries on overnight deliveries during the Bonfire Night period.
Returns
All returns or damaged shipments must be recorded within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that our delivery service is run by PyroExpress and the staff are trained not to deliver damaged items for reasons of safety. Customers should check the items themselves on signing for the goods. Should you have a reason to return your product please contact Pyro Express directly on 01437 563 881 so that our staff can arrange a collection. IMPORTANT Please keep the product in its original delivery packaging, and in a dry safe place, away from electrical items and heat sources.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made from the original email address the order was made against. Because of refund fraud and for your protection against malicious cancellations a phone call to confirm the cancellation will also be made. Once the original payment has been confirmed as received by our bank the refund process will take place. Unfortunately a charge for administration will be made to cover both charge and refund credit card transactions. As this is worked on a percentage of the transaction costs at around 2.5% per transaction, costs will vary but they will be fair. Please see Terms of Use for our terms and conditions.
