Geographical Restrictions

Buy fireworks online and have your fireworks delivered UK wide. Our partners, suppliers and couriers cover most of the mainland as well as the Isle of Man and Guernsey. Other areas further afield, abroad and overseas can be quoted for on an individual basis. Please feel free to email delivery@pyroexpress.co.uk to establish if we can, and if so for how much?.

The Law

All deliveries of fireworks must be accepted by a responsible person over the age of 18 years old. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 years old will be asked for ID. Any delivery refused or returned because a responsible person was unavailable to accept delivery of the goods ordered may incur a delivery/re delivery charge.

Delivery

Pyro Express staff will track your delivery and from time to time send you emails updating you on delivery times. For the November and New Years Eve period Pyroexpress will assume that all deliveries are to be made before November 5th and before Christmas unless otherwise agreed by email with the client. Please note that for New Years Eve deliveries that most couriers close on Christmas Eve and remain closed until early January. Please bare this in mind and order early.

Ordering Dates

Last orders for delivery before Bonfire Night, by normal five day freight will be 30th October (not including any weekend days). Deliveries after this date can be made but by special delivery. Please call 01623 490404 for further details as price and guarantee of services varies across the country.

For overnight deliveries after this date: Please email delivery@pyroexpress.co.uk with your order and with your contact details and customer services team will contact you directly.

Delivery Charges

All firework deliveries are charged at GBP15.00 per order as a flat rate charge whether you spend GBP1 or GBP1000.

Other items that are not hazardous are charged as indicated in the carriage charge box on the order transaction page of the website.

We are in the vast majority of cases able to ship products on overnight carriage at an additional cost of £12.00 per consignment regardless of value. Please contact us via email with any enquiries on overnight deliveries, especially during the Bonfire Night & New Year period as we do get very busy indeed

Returns

All returns or damaged shipments must be recorded within 24 hours of receipt, preferably by email please. Please note that our delivery service is run by Pyro Express and its courier partners and the staff are trained not to deliver damaged items for reasons of safety. Customers should check the items themselves on signing for the goods. Should you have a reason to return your product please contact Pyro Express directly on 01623 490404 so that our staff can arrange a collection. IMPORTANT Please keep the product in its original delivery packaging, and in a dry safe place, away from electrical items and heat sources.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made from the original email address the order was made against. Because of refund fraud and for your protection against malicious cancellations a phone call to confirm the cancellation will also be made. Once the original payment has been confirmed as received by our bank the refund process will take place. Cancelations made after the goods have been despatched will incur a charge to cover the actual cost of delivery. The Long distance selling regulations apply to all "off the shelf" products.
