SHIPPING/DELIVERY AND RETURNS DETAILS

Notice

Please be aware that ordering items from different manufacturers will incur two separate delivery charges.

Geographical Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations Pyro Express are unable to make firework deliveries outside mainland UK. In some cases deliveries to Scotland will attract a greater charge.

The Law

All deliveries of fireworks must be accepted by a responsible person over the age of 18 years old. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 years old will be asked for recognizable ID. Any delivery refused or returned because a responsible person was unavailable to accept delivery of the goods ordered may incur a charge.

Delivery

All efforts will be made by Pyro Express to ensure that you get your fireworks by the weekend commencing 2nd November 2007. Pyro Express staff will track your delivery and from time to time send you emails updating you on delivery times.

Special Deliveries

For Bonfire Night. Please note that orders will be taken up until 12 noon on Friday 2nd November for special or overnight deliveries.

Ordering Dates

Last orders for delivery before the Bonfire Night weekend, by normal three day freight will be 30th October 2007.

For overnight deliveries after this date: Please email contact@pyroexpress.co.uk with your order and with your contact details and customer services team will contact you directly.

Delivery Charges

TNT products are charged at GBP12.50 per order up to an order value of GBP149.99.

Orders of GBP150.00 and over are carriage free. Please email contact@pyroexpress.co.uk with enquiries on overnight deliveries of these products.

Kimbolton products are charged at GBP12.50 per order up to order value of GBP324.99. Orders of GBP325.00 and over are carriage free.

Outside the Bonfire Night period we are able to ship Kimbolton products on overnight carriage at an additional cost of GBP5.00 per box regardless of value. For example five boxes overnight will cost GBP17.50 plus GBP25.00 plus VAT. Please contact us via email with any enquiries on overnight deliveries during the Bonfire Night period.

Returns

Should you have a reason to return your product please contact Pyro Express directly on 01437 563 881 so that our staff can arrange a collection. IMPORTANT Please keep the product in its original delivery packaging, and in a dry safe place, away from electrical items and heat sources.
